It is a High-strength, field-applied system for damaged piping. It is a wet layup, fiberreinforced polymer (FRP) system that consists of custom blended epoxy and unique fiber reinforcements tailored for piping repair. These products are suitable for pipes with leaks or which may develop leaks. A broad line of unique epoxy matrix systems and fabrics are available to handle a wide variety high heat applications, harsh chemical environments, and cool installation temperatures.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & MANPOWER SUPPLY

Online testing of steam relief safety valves. A load cell is mounted with electronic DC motor puller on the valve's stem top.This pulls the stem thereby trying to lift the disc.The net result is that the valve pops at a pressure set pressure less electronic pressure calculated on the basis of disc area.

PRESSURE SAFETY VALVE – TREVI TEST

Fully pressure testing unit is designed to conduct the pressure test ON SITE & in house as well. Suitable to test different types of hoses, pipes, cylinders, Etc. The system generates an automatic test report and certificate indicating the parameters of the test.
